Based on the success of the Reg F Focus Groups, we want to continue the discussions. In 2022, we are shifting the purpose of these focus groups from Reg F to all things compliance and system-related. Having said that, this first quarter we still plan to have the primary focus on Regulation F but this recurring meeting will continue from there. We hope you will participate in future discussions regarding upcoming DAKCS services, products, & projects.

- Vinetta Orcutt: Along the lines of Archiving Letters, will this allow us to print to a file as one document instead of individual letters?
- Kelly Obrien: Speaking about consent. Is anyone having issues with their collectors completing the consent screen? It is so slow for them. It is also easier for them to do it when they are sending a text or email. But if they are gathering info but not sending emailing or text then they have to go to the consent screen. Side note...would love to see DAKCS do some work on the user experience on the DAKCS platform. The same type of work they have done on the payment portal.
- Maia Leonard: This is a really small issue, but we have a few collectors who keep complaining that their action codes say that a limited "contact" message was left, instead of a limited "content" message
- Kelly Obrien: How cool would it be to just have a button to click for text consent, or call back in 7 days. And then it just updates the screen. None of this edit, change and save stuff.

We spoke a lot about Credit Reporting and some of the most recent changes happening in the industry. In Build 2.15.1, we’ve updated features to comply with the new Credit Reporting Guidelines for Medical Debt. We discussed the added support for multiple IDs under QwikFlow with reorganized screens and the setup process behind these changes.
We also began the discussion on the California DFPI Proposed Rules relating to companies' responses to consumer complaints in particular the unique tracking number generation for the complaint. We highlighted the Community Forum opportunities both available in the Customer Portal as well as in the
DAKCS Community Group on LinkedIn.

We talked further about the longer name fields project, continued research on the Credit Reporting changes, and migrating the API to REST necessary for the support of Zero Cost Processing.
We also touched on the recent notification that the legacy payment portal (QwikFund) will be getting sunsetted as of August 30, 2022. There were a number of questions that came with this announcement and we plan to discuss them during our monthly Community Chat happening on Thursday, May 19. You can get registered here. There was a decision to shift these focus groups to monthly events and request questions ahead of the event. This change will be reflected on the Zoom calendar and you may need to update it from your end. The next Focus Group will be held on June 8, 2022, and from now on the 2nd Wednesday of the month.

Beyond Build 2.14.20 is available. This was a very quick conversation with topics around addressing the name field lengths, research on new guidelines for Credit Reporting medical debts, and account-level tracking.

Beyond Build 2.14.20 is on its way. We answered questions surrounding Credit Reporting changes and brainstormed how we should handle the accounts that have previously been reported for Credit Reporting Medical Debt accounts between 180-365 days.
We answered some questions about the Model Validation Notice, the mail return flag, and the validation period. We had some discussion about states like Texas that require State Taxes. There was a question around the Jackdate function which was in Build 2.14.18 with more detailed release notes available.
