California DFPI Proposed Rule and Comment Period
The discussion continued on the California DFPI Proposed Rules relating to companies' responses to consumer complaints and in particular the unique tracking number generation. The comment period for the proposed rule runs to July 5, and Kelly O'Brien was kind enough to share her contact information if anyone wants to know more or what needs to be included in the comment submission.
