Beyond: Using The Action Designer
The Action Designer is a tool for creating actions for use in Visual
Intercept, on the Action Line, and for additional processing. Each Action is
composed of individual events, which follow a designated work-flow similar to a
flow chart. The Action proceeds through the flow, with events running processes
on accounts, depending on the state of the account and how the action is
configured. A possible Action would look something like this:
Single action
with four
events
Default
Actions
System actions are included in
Action Designer to emulate the functionality of the old Beyond action line. This
includes a Legacy Action which emulates the entire work flow of the old system.
The Legacy Action is comprised of a Legacy event with specific set of
properties. The Legacy event can be customized based on the needs of each
particular agency.
The Action Toolbar is a list of icons used in the creation of an action.
