AWS had reported connectivity issues this morning. Now reporting these issues are resolved. If you are still having issues, please reach out to our Support Team.

AWS is having intermittent internet issues. These issues are outside of DAKCS’ control. Along with those issues, the following Beyond Services (QwikDial, QwikContact, QwikClient, QwikFund, Scoring, etc.) will also be affected by this AWS outage.
DAKCS is aware of this issue and will continue to monitor this situation and watch to see when things improve. We will keep you updated as we know more.

Phone provider outage RESOLVED at 09:52 AM MT
Our phone provider experienced an outage. They are working to fix the situation but we don't have a current ETA on a resolution. In the meantime, you can log your tickets through our Customer Support web portal. As of August 3, 2021

DAKCS Scoring Service Maintenance Update
Recently, at the request of TransUnion, DAKCS performed
maintenance on the DAKCS Scoring Service. This maintenance consisted of two parts, namely:
- Maintenance performed on DAKCS infrastructure performed by the DAKCS team
- Maintenance performed on TransUnion's infrastructure performed by the
TransUnion team.
DAKCS has completed its portion of the maintenance; however,
TransUnion has not completed theirs.
As of Friday, June 4, 2021, TransUnion communicated that their
portion of the maintenance may NOT be complete by end of business day, Friday,
June 4, 2021. DAKCS will continue to provide maintenance updates as they
become available.

What: Sonnet
Impact: Service temporarily shutdown until the issue is resolved.
Details: We are temporarily running into some issues with Sonnet. We've addressed the issue and are working to find a solution quickly. The service will be down in the meantime and will be unavailable.
We will let Sonnet customers know when the issue is resolved.
