QwikContact Becomes an End-of-Life Product as of March 2022


What is QwikContact?

QwikContact was a DAKCS product focused on document (email) delivery. The successor for QwikContact is QwikFlow.  

When is QwikContact going to be shut down?

As of March 2022, the QwikContact service will be shut down. Leading up to this date, customers who used this product have been directly contacted and assisted in transitioning to QwikFlow.  

With the end of life of QwikContact and with Reg F at the forefront, this shift was completed quickly. We have continued to monitor usage to help ensure all customers have transitioned smoothly over to QwikFlow. 

What is QwikFlow? 

QwikFlow is the integrated portion within DAKCS that allows for additional ways to email, text, obtain signatures, and collect payments. By using PDCflow’s FLOW technology integrated into Beyond ARM making QwikFlow, you will see the following workflows result in an overall better solution: 

1. Send payment reminders and/or notification letters
2. Send disclosures, debtor notification, or consent to text
3. Send authorizations for Reg E compliance and protection against chargebacks
4. Send debtor statements, itemized statements through text or email
5. Sending of letters, docs, receipts, payment requests
6. Simple signature requests

Where should future support requests for QwikContact go?

We have worked pro-actively to help transition QwikContact customers to QwikFlow. Once the shut down for QwikContact is complete, there will no longer be any direct support for the QwikContact product. The only remaining interactions with the product will be to help field requests for archival data on an as-needed basis. 

How do we find archival QwikContact data if needed?

Once the product is shut down in March 2022, DAKCS will keep backups of the QwikContact database for 3 years. Access to this data is very limited and not directly available to customers. If you make a request for any data pertaining to past QwikContact usage, submit a Support ticket and we will assist in the request.
