QwikClient - May 4, 2022

What's new?

  1. When a client enters in a new account, the sum of all amount fields is shown as a total balance field below the last amount field.

What's changed?

  1. When viewing trust invoice, acknowledgement, and client debtor status reports the option to download or email the reports as a text file has been removed. The reports are now always presented as PDF files.

What's fixed?

  1. Fixed an issue in Account Placement to set the amount referred as the sum of all amounts entered in.
  2. Fixed an issue where trust invoice reports did not match the same report generated by Beyond when ReadyTrans is enabled.

QwikClient - February 24, 2022

What's changed?

  1. On the Account Placement page, the "Business" flag has been renamed to "Account Type" with the following options:
    1. Business (Representing a "Y" in the Business flag field)
    2. Consumer (Representing an "N" in the Business flag field)


QwikClient - October 21, 2021

What's new?

  1. Added the following new Validation fields to the Account Placement screen: Interest Before Itemization, Interest After Itemization, Fees Before Itemization, Fees After Itemization.
  2. These fields will only be available for Beyond version 2.14.7 and above.

What's changed?

  1. Account Validation fields will now only show on account placement if the "Require Itemization" flag is set to "Y" for Yes on the client screen in Beyond.

What's fixed?

  1. Fixed an issue where accounts dropped from QwikClient were dropping with a $0 principal balance.
  2. Note: Any existing pending accounts will need to be saved again in order for this patch to take effect.

  1. Fixed an issue where the What's Changed dialog would appear for agencies that haven't received the Beyond update yet.

What's changed?

  1. Added the Original Creditor account number to the account placement page.
  2. The Itemization Date Type will now be displayed as a read-only field on the account placement page.
  3. A pop-up message notifying the user of changes will be displayed the first time the user visits the account placement page.

What's fixed?

  1. Fixed an error that occurred when copying an existing account in account placement.
  2. Fixed the "Terms and Conditions" and "Privacy Policy" links.
  3. Fixed an issue where adjustments were being posted as direct pays.

QwikClient - May 23, 2021

What's new?

  1. Added Regulation F Validation fields for agencies on Beyond 2.13.6 or later.

What's fixed?

  1. Fixed an issue where users could select a future date in Account Placement.
  2. Fixed an issue where the Account Placement consumer search function was taking a long time to run.
  3. Fixed an issue where custom reports would download as an incorrect file type.

  1. Removed the feedback button from the site footer.

What's fixed?

  1. Fixed an error that occurred when navigating to account placement after editing a pending account.
  2. Fixed an issue that caused QwikClient to lock up due to the cache buster.

  • Provided Reports search results are now sorted by date, newest first.
  • The direct pay email notifications now contain the username of the person that submitted the payment.

  • Fixed the Request Review dropdown in the account comment screen to default to the Client Services collector.

  • The download and delete buttons for attachments are now on the left-hand side of the table.

  • Fixed an issue loading accounts for agencies with older server versions.
  • Fixed an issue with attachments not sorting properly in Firefox.

What's changed?

  • The account summary tab now displays the status code description (print code).
  • The consumer page will open the account summary tab upon page load.

What's fixed?

  • Fixed an issue where provided report types were not available for some clients.
  • Fixed an issue where variable commission rate tables were showing as a percent.
  • Fixed the Shared Docs and Attachments pages to sort by date, newest first.
  • Fixed an issue where Shared Docs and Attachments would not download if the filename contained a special character.
