PDC SCREEN
The PDC tab is where you will find past, present and future payments that have or need to be ran. PDC tab displays credit cards, checks by phone, ACH’s and post dated checks that have been taken by a collector, dialer or from the web.
To get to the PDC screen you load up any account, then click drop down from command box and select PDC - PDC History. Once you select that option it will open up the PDC tab, but if you already have PDC’s setup on the account the tab at the top will automatically show up.
Break down of PDC screens headers
Account # - Account the payment was taken on.
Type - Payment type
Post - Day the payment was entered into the PDC screen
Due - The day the payment was or will be charged to the consumers bank account.
Amount - The Amount that was or will be charge on the due date
CC - Collector who will be credited for the payment.
Completed - The day the payment was charged, if all 9’s payment failed.
Ltr Date - Day the payment reminder letter was sent.
QwikFlow Status - Shows if the signature has been signed, pending or waiting to be sent.
Taking a payment
To take a payment you can add in the lower left of the screen or right click in any white space on screen. Once you have selected your payment type just fill out the payment screen.
Permission to take payments
If the add button is not showing up, or a payment type is not in the list it means you don’t have the correct permissions. Permissions can be found on the Employee setup screen and under the permissions tab and PDC Access tab.
Inside here you just check the permissions the employee would need.
Note: Admins do not automatically get permissions to take payments. All employees have to be setup.
