Description 

We recapped last month and highlighted the momentum behind our product research and development teams. What DAKCS is doing to help you engage with our Dev/Product team members on important projects. We covered the “big idea” behind the product board tool, what revision suggestions will begin to look like, answered questions, and provided a timeline for when this will go live. 

At this month's chat, we continued the conversation with a Show and Tell into the Product Insights Portal and how you can best communicate with the Customer Success Department going forward. We covered the expectations behind these changes and what product suggestions look like in Q1 2024. There were changes in the home screen on the customer help portal so please be sure to familiarize yourselves with the changes.
