all recordings in the portal here.
House Bill 21-1198 established healthcare billing requirements for indigent patients beginning June 1, 2022. We've learned so far that this bill is primarily going to affect mostly those businesses who offer any kind of first-party services — Extended Business Office, early-out, and/or pre-collect for medical clients based in Colorado.
After you have taken a look at the bill and if you feel the bill affects your business in any way, please join us in a customer roundtable discussion. We will discuss the operational needs within your system to find a solution that accommodates this bill's requirements and explore ways where the DAKCS system can work to help you.
