In this month's Community Chat, we recapped our conversation last month about the new State Disclosures feature available on the Consumer Portal with a recommendation from the Bedard Law Group to force consumers to acknowledge the receipt of the relevant state disclosures. Matthew Snedden, Beyond Investments, answered some questions about the Safeguards Rule and Multi-Factor Authentication.
