We received a Reg F Focus Group Status update from Justin. Those meetings are happening bi-weekly on Wednesdays at 11:00 AM. A reminder about utilizing STIR/SHAKEN and registering numbers used in QwikDial by emailing email@example.com.
We covered a number of topics including the pivot when it comes to the DAKCS 40-year Interchange Summit. Our plan will be to use some of the upcoming month's chat times for some awesome mini-events. The Summit will come back strong in 2022, so start budget planning and preparing now!
We introduced the Training Gym Knowledge Base inside the Customer Portal where Tommy Secrist and a few others will dive into continued learning and system training videos. First up was our Report Designer Series

Consumer Portal Contest Spotlight
Exciting Consumer Portal News: Allied Collections / Donna Loesch had a “Paid in Full” contest starting with her collectors to see who can get the most PIF’s with the Send Payment Link. She advised with tax season and stimulus checks coming in they were going to use the Send Payment Link to get as many PIF’s as possible! The contest went well!
A BIG thank you to Donna and her collectors for taking the time to test drive this and provide feedback to us! Plus a shoutout to David Grimm and Kelly Parsons-O'Brien for offering assistance and testing when it comes to the Consumer Portal!
