We hope you enjoyed the latest #DAKCScommunity Chat. Below you'll find the event recording and slides, a quick follow-up survey, and information about the topics discussed.
Now that we’re turning 40, it felt like a good time to treat ourselves to something special. Since age is only a number, we put our new design team to work on giving our corporate website a bit of a facelift. Today, we’re proud to announce the launch of not one, but TWO, new websites. The first new site is dedicated entirely to Beyond ARM. The second is a complete redesign of the original DAKCS.com.
Our new Beyond ARM website is now live and we’d love for you to check it out! We hope this new website will give Beyond ARM and Sting users a better customer experience by being easier on the eyes, and by being easier to use when connecting with Support, finding 3rd party integrations, and much more.
A core principle to the mission and purpose of DAKCS has always been to drive success forward with powerful technology. Our drive and momentum in this mission have never been stronger. With BeyondARM.com serving as the primary home for customers of Beyond ARM, we’ve decided to use DAKCS.com as an opportunity to share more information about our mission, our team, our culture, and our growing line of innovative products. This new design will be made live on June 21, 2021.
Things to Know
Please go to BeyondARM.com, get familiar with the site and use it for Support and Community Information. The link to the Customer Support Portal will not change. However, the best way to find this link will be to click on the Support tab at the top of the BeyondARM.com website. After the June 21st update, DAKCS.com will no longer have a link to the Support Portal. All customers should plan on using the Support tab found at the top of BeyondARM.com whenever needed.
