We hope you enjoyed the latest #DAKCScommunity Chat. Below you'll find the event recording & recap, slides, and a quick Chat Experience Survey

At this month’s chat, we had industry experts Joann Needleman and Leslie Bender with Clark Hill Law join us who are working tirelessly to help answer your questions and concerns when it comes to Regulation F. We focused on two areas within Regulation F - Validation Notice and Communication Tracking.

We appreciate everyone's participation and the great questions that were asked. Since we only had 30 minutes to discuss with Joann and Leslie, and there were a handful of questions that went unanswered, we will be working on a follow-up conversation to help answer your questions.

Joann and Leslie are taking this time to speak with us and to mention an opportunity for your agency to take a deeper compliance dive with the help of their Compliance as a Service offering. Learn more below. We also discussed why driving consumers to your website is so important and how that can be done using the Validation Notice. More details are below.

All helpful information and documentation related to Reg F and shared during past Community Chats are found in the Customer Support Portal.

Feel free to watch the recording and take the chat feedback survey afterward. We appreciate your input and feedback.

Drive Consumers to Your Website Using the Model Validation Notice

During the chat, Joann Needleman said,

"The more you can self-serve, the better it will be for you to comply with Reg F. The best way in the beginning stages of the collection process is to drive consumers to your website and you can do that with the model validation notice by putting your website on there. This is a tremendous value that should be leveraged by as many as possible."
