We got started with our Customer Community Chat recapping about last month's Regulation F Roundtables event and the Reg F Focus Groups happening bi-weekly on Wednesdays at 11:00 AM. We dove into STIR/SHAKEN and what that means for you. We had some Q&A and then some chuckles at the end. These chats are intended to provide an opportunity to ask any questions you have and to let us know how we can help.

STIR/SHAKEN
STIR/SHAKEN digitally validates the handoff of calls passing through the complex web of networks, allowing the phone company of the consumer receiving the call to verify that a call is, in fact, from the number displayed on the Caller ID.
Utilizing STIR/SHAKEN in QwikDial
DAKCS QwikDial Contact Solution has the ability to mitigate the chances of calls being blocked or labeled as "Spam" or "Scam" inappropriately by utilizing STIR/SHAKEN. Using STIR/SHAKEN, the originating carrier queries a secure Identity Authentication Service to obtain a SHAKEN signature that is then embedded in the calls placed using this authenticated number.
