During April's chat, we thought it would be a good time to talk about some ways you can do some spring cleaning within your system. Now that Reg F is fully in effect and well… because it’s Springtime, you'll hear from Scott Pizzello and Ashlee Hyden as we highlighted areas in the system that you can review on your own and find various ways to smooth, clean up, and align processes.
 
We talked about training videos available, personalized training options designed for you and your agency, the benefits behind continued learning, and the various ways you can take advantage of these types of opportunities.
