This chat went a little longer than our regular time of 30 minutes, but we had fun at the end with tricks and trivia! 

We received a Reg F Focus Group Status update from Justin Devine and talked about the latest article on mapping new tables and mag letters for tape drops. The Reg F Focus Group is a recurring event happening bi-weekly on Wednesdays at 11:00 AM.

We covered the latest ruling between Facebook v. Duguid over the definition of an ATDS. We discussed this slide in detail with decisions to provide documentation about QwikDial and the question of capacity or generating/storing auto-populated phone numbers. More to follow.

We are keeping up with the Training Gym videos and diving into continued learning and system training. Based on the poll during the live event, everyone wants videos on Actions! PDCflow's Heather Harris introduced Flows & Assistentcy's EBO Case Study and announced a webinar alert for April 27.

The Great Magic Man Secrist is at it again showing off his latest trick called Dream of Aces. We finished with a little lightness playing a Kahoot Trivia game. Congrats to Troy Ledgerwood for taking 1st place, Donna Loesch in 2nd, and Stephen Day took 3rd! Honorable mention goes to Shawn Suhr.
