Advanced Inquiry Additional Processing

Advanced Inquiry Additional Processing

The main feature to Advanced Inquiry is to run Additional Processing on your results. This will allow you to take accounts gathered from the query and do updating in mass. To access the Additional Processing you will click on the blue page icon.

Once your query is done running you will be taken to a screen that shows the results from your query and options on the left that you can use to update and change accounts on your system.

Export to Delimited

Delimited will allow you to export your query to a Comma Separated Value(CSV), Tab delimited, or Other where you dictate the delimiter you wish to use.

Export to Excel

Export to Excel will export your query to excel. This will also open up in excel instead of creating an excel file. Meaning you will have to save the excel if you wish to keep the query.

Add to Project Queue

This option is to take your results and push them out to a virtual queue that multiple collectors can log into.

Cancellation Report

This is used to cancel out accounts and move them from a C code to and X code. Usually to purge them off the system but moving to an X code will stop accounts from pulling into queues, taking payments on accounts, letters going out, or credit reporting

To run a cancellation report you have to open it a certain way. Click the open folder icon then click on the Reports tab. From here click either Cancellation report and load. Once loaded you will see it say at the top of the screen which cancellation version you selected.  Once loaded you can click the preview/additional processing and run cancellation.

Field Update

This will take your results and allow you to update a field(s) in mass. You load your results select the field in which you want to update and it will go through ever result and change to what you want to update.

Some fields need to be approved by Dakcs before you can update. If you don’t see your field call into support and have it unlocked.

Force Feed to Collector

This will take results and force feed them to a collector. Force feeds are a why to temporarily give a collector accounts to work in their queues.

Run Action

Take an action built in action designer and run that action on every result pulled. If your action does not show up after you click select action it means it was not saved as scheduled action. Go back and resave the actions as schedule.

Run in Beyond means use the computer to run these actions. Not advised if you are running actions on large amount of masters.

Run in Visual Intercept means to kick these out for your server to run. Will run slower but will not use your computer’s processing power to run these.
