Out of Stat Debt, disclosures on website, and staying in compliance
Hi everyone, I received this question from Kelli Lowe at Credit World Services. We are curious what everyone else has established for intercepts and queries to help streamline some of this work to stay compliant.
"There has been a lot more chat about out of stat debt, having disclosures on website if they are paying an out of stat debt, some states that require out of stat disclosures and not credit reporting out of stat. Would be interested to know if any DAKCS users have established intercepts/queries that have helped streamline their out of stat work to stay in compliance."
