Hi everyone, I received this question from Kelli Lowe at Credit World Services. We are curious what everyone else has established for intercepts and queries to help streamline some of this work to stay compliant. "There has been a lot more chat about out of stat debt, having disclosures on website if they are paying an out of stat debt, some states that require out of stat disclosures and not credit reporting out of stat. QwikDial-How are you dialing multiple sequences on the same account?
Hello! Currently we are doing click-to-call for just the home phone number. I would like for us to be able to click-to-call other phone numbers in the VIC Dialer screen. So in my perfect solution we would call the HP, and in something other than a party connect, we would then call sequence 2, and if that was not a party connect we would call sequence 5, and if that was not a party connect, we would call sequence 6, and then continue down until I was finished with my numbers. We are trying to figure out a “new norm” with our onboarding and I keep running into my own dead ends! Any info and ideas you may have or contact info if you are aware of others would be so helpful!"

Dashboards for Clients... Ideas?
We are undertaking a project to create "Dashboards" for our Clients to show certain KPI's at a glance. I am posting this in hopes of sparking a conversation if others are finding this need and how they are approaching. We are contemplating creating a Custom(s) to pull KPI data from DAKCS to an outside source such as SQL. From there, we would build a Web application to exercise the data and present to the authenticated client only their data/dashboard. Anyone out there have any suggestions or comments
